It’s easy to forget at times that this isn’t a 5 star resort but then there are times you can see why it’s 5th star isn’t quite there.
There is a lot to like about this place - the food is excellent. rooms were well appointed, location is excellent, its kid free and the staff friendly. The free shuttle service and water sports is an added bonus.
I couldn’t quite give it 5 stars though due to our room not being ready at 2pm as promised, erratic breakfast service (forgotten orders, slow service), the fact that couples reserved sun beds early in the day and then never used them and the fact that the rooms were clean, but not really clean.
We’d go back for sure and with some simple tweaks this would be a brilliant, not great place to stay.

Had dinner at Beach house restaurant. I got misleading by their online price. It showed $115 per 3 courses menu but ended up $130 per person. They should have updated or let customer know.
Reception lady wasn't that friendly and there wasn't any thank you or goodbye after spending over $500! Don't think is up to 4 star hotel customer service standard!
